Our Little Corner of Paradise

Clyde and Pamela welcome you to our blog, "Our Little Corner of Paradise" . We live in San Carlos, a little town about 250 miles south of the Arizona border, in Mexico. We are south of Hermosillo, the capital of the state of Sonora, and we are about 12 miles north of Guaymas, a fishing port on the Sea of Cortez (also called the Gulf of California). The sea and beautiful mountains surround us and the sounds of the ocean, the smells of the salty air, the sights and sounds of dolphins and whales, and the beautiful blue skies and turquoise waters are just a few of the reasons why we feel we have found our perfect spot for retirement.
